We offer a range of approaches for leadership development, to suit the differing leadership development needs of people at different stages of the organisation's leadership pipeline - ie the leadership challenges for a front line team leader are different from, for example, senior executives, and the breakthrough leadership learning experiences need to reflect this.

- A programme designed to provide competence and confidence in the 20 competency areas for leadership.
- Workshops spread over 4 - 12 months, with follow up to ensure the desired behaviour changes are sustained.
- Involves one-on-one mentoring throughout the programme between workshops, and 360° on-line surveys.

Breakthroughs Advanced Leadership Programme
- Designed for people who are managers of managers, or senior functional managers.
Breakthroughs Executive Leadership Programme
- Designed for senior executives and managers, heads of major business units, or enterprise managers.
Emotional Intelligence
- Designed to grow the competence and confidence of leaders in the 16 competency areas of emotional intelligence, in order to build more effective relationships of influence with others.


Learning Formats


Key focus is to create learning experiences which lead to genuine personal breakthroughs and sustained behaviour changes as a result.

All our Breakthroughs Leadership Programmes make maximum use of our Multi-Learning System™ approach, including use of our on-line 360° Leadership Practices Survey and Emotional Intelligence Survey.

They involve learning experiences and interactions over an extended time period - we have seen very little sustained breakthrough from one-off workshops (even when we used to run them for 2 weeks back in the 1980's!)

They involve maximum interactive learning, reflection, challenge, self discovery, pushing of comfort zones, and sustained practice at being the leader you aspire to be.

At the same time, they are highly motivational and reinforcing, stretching and demanding yet encouraging and confirming … "a high cross-bar with thick landing pads".
